Addendum: Store Disclosure Alignment, Sensitive Wellness Data, Notifications, and Vendors
- Store disclosures must match actual data practices. Apple App Store “App Privacy Details” and Google Play “Data Safety” disclosures must accurately reflect what the Service collects, stores, processes, and shares. This Privacy Policy is intended to support accurate disclosures, but completion of store forms is separate from publication of this policy.
- Habit tracking and similar wellness tracking data. In addition to the wellness entries described above, the Service may collect and store habit-related information, such as habit names, schedules, completion logs, streaks, and notes associated with habits, to provide the feature and sync your data across devices.
- Sensitive wellness information examples. The Service may allow you to enter and store wellness information that some platforms may treat as sensitive, including sleep times and sleep logs, mood, stress, medication, alcohol use, caffeine use, snoring indicators, reflections, and free-form notes. The Service may also derive analytics and insights from these entries (for example, trends and summaries) as part of providing the Service.
- Notifications and user-entered content used for notifications. If you create affirmations, reminders, schedules, or similar user-entered content, the Service may store this content and use it to deliver notifications you enable. Notification delivery depends on device settings and third-party services and is not guaranteed.
- Push notification tokens. If you enable push notifications, the Service may collect and store device notification tokens (for example, FCM tokens and similar identifiers) in order to deliver push notifications.
- Privacy Policy URL availability. For apps that collect and store user data, Apple and Google generally require a valid Privacy Policy URL in store settings. Rezonate may publish this Privacy Policy at an externally accessible URL and link it in App Store Connect and the Google Play Console.
- Third-party vendors and infrastructure. The Service may use third-party providers to operate core functions, such as authentication, cloud database and storage, push notification delivery, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and media storage or hosting for user-uploaded profile images. If the Service uses specific vendors (for example, Firebase services for authentication and database, Cloudinary for image hosting), your information may be processed by those vendors as described in Section 4.1, consistent with your settings and permissions.
- Biometrics. If the Service offers biometric unlock, it is intended to use the device’s biometric APIs for on-device authentication. Rezonate does not intend to collect or store biometric identifiers. You can disable biometric unlock in device settings and, where available, in app settings.
- Vibration and haptics. The Service may use vibration or haptic feedback to improve user experience. If the Service requests device permissions related to vibration or similar capabilities, those permissions relate to delivering device feedback features.
